We are about Equalizing Justice because Mass Incarceration Has A Face.

Social Justice, a streaming television channel on d’Shift Network, features the documented stories of loved ones behind prison walls. Airing these stories is one of the ways that we are working to equalize justice for those impacted by the justice system. The sixty-minute broadcast type is live-streamed and features interviews of family members discussing heartbreaking stories of their loved ones who are entangled in the web of injustice. These stories are streamed live on the dShift99 live feed. In addition, the taped broadcast is released to the streaming television channel “Social Justice,” where it remains for an indefinite period. The recorded broadcast may be watched on Roku and Firestick television.

SOCIAL JUSTICE STARTS WITH …

“EQUALIZING JUSTICE” for all!
Women Woke Within has proven that equalizing justice is the catalyst to obtaining social justice. Our participatory defense training strategy, along with our ability to enlighten the public about inhumane and unjust prison sentences and the vigorous network we have in place that allows us to advocate for the release of those incarcerated, is what we believe will reduce and eliminate human beings from becoming statistics of mass incarceration.

Don’t wait; contact Women Woke Within … before your court date and before your constitutional right to various appeals expires.

Let the world know your loved one is human, has a face and a name, and that someone cares about them.

Your son, daughter, mother, and father are not just numbers. They have a face, and a name!
Let us help you put your loved one’s face in front of those who can assist you in having them released. Stop hoping the system will do the right thing to release your loved one.
Your loved one’s photo and story could appear here…
And to those doubters who say this will not work.
Read this quote by Josh Billings (1818-1885). In a poem called “The Kicker”:

Billings said …

“I hate to be a kicker; I always long for peace, But the wheel that does the squeaking is the one that gets the grease.”
